When are you all going to figure out that 90% of women are just BSC?!?

BSC = Bat shite Crazy.
No seriously.
Most women are just plain BSC.
Something happens to women as they get older. They do more and more things that just confound reality and common sense. It has to be chemical or hormonal.
Women are brought up socially to be back-stabbers and drama queens. What do women do when they get together? They gossip and talk about their other female friends that are not there or they all bitch about their husbands/boyfriends.
--Have an office and a team of hard workers? Great!
--Have an office and a team of hard workers and one is a woman? No problem. That woman usually works her arse off.
--Have an office and a team of hard workers and two or more are women? BOOM! Instant office politics and backstabbing drama in the office.
The thing that most people don't get is that women are complete assholes to other women. Women treat other women like crap. They are the most critical of each other about 1000 times more than men. Women are extremely jealous of each other.
And don't even get me talking about women and social media. Holy Crap! its a drama queen bake off!
As a man you may have a best buddy guy that has been your friend for years. You can get into an argument with him and resolve it with just a couple of words and you are back to being buddies.
But, God forbid your wife and his wife get into an argument or offend each other somehow. Not only will they never speak to each other again, but suddenly you are not allowed to be friends anymore with your buddy because you have to be supportive. Am I right?
I look at all the drama in my life and the genesis of most of it are from females (Friends, Sisters, Sister-in-laws, Aunts, Nieces, Daughters and the like)
Take a look at your own life and tell me who has the most drama in your world...The men you know or the women you know? Right?
And then there is the drug use!
Most of the women I know are on some sort of mind altering medication to help them cope with "anxiety" or "depression". They also sell these drugs to each other because some of it helps them lose weight. Its like the Neighborhood Soccer Mom cartel of drug dealing and pill popping.
Then there are the 10% of women that are not BSC. These women are level headed and usually type A take no crap personalities. These women cant stand the BSC women and usually don't ever get along with them because they wont play their drama games. Thank God my wife is in the non-BSC category.
Anyway. I think women are beautiful and sexy on the outside. But, whenever I see a hot babe somewhere...instead of thinking "Hot Damn, She is Fine!"..I think, "She is sexy, but I wonder what is wrong with her?"
Sorry Guys. We are just screwed. Women - we can't live with them, but we can't live without them...
But don't forget now. We are all on the #MeToo movement. So be careful out there. Never know when you might cross the line. No wonder the sex robot industry is taking off...

Go read Proverbs 31 and start looking for a good woman. You have to seek them out, my wife is a great woman. It took me 29 years to find her. That’s why I didn’t get married until I was 31. I don’t really mess with othe women outside of the workplace and the ones in the workplace I’ve learned to flatter to make life easy. That’s it...

I've experienced this first-hand. Sadly, more than once. My first job out of college, among other things, I was responsible for being the immediate supervisor to 5 women. Boy, was I ill-equipped to handle that.
The better I treated them (taking them to lunch, etc.) the worse it got. My immediate boss was 20 years older than me, and he kept his door shut all day. He was a bit of a jerk, but I came to realize that he had the right idea with regards to insulating himself.
I also had a 3-month independent consulting job for a company where the Accounting office was run by women, and a couple of gay men worked in the office, too. That was easily the most dysfunctional office I had ever seen.
May not be politically correct to say, but it's true. There are exceptions, but the typical woman is not wired to be placed in a position of authority (some men aren't, either). You can certainly get the occasional Margaret Thatcher, but more often than not they will turn out to be Amy Klobuchar or even worse.
