Wake up around 5:30. Piss. Get coffee started. Take dog outside for a short walk. Make a smoothie. Shower, dress. Make lunch. Leave for work. Usually out the door around 7-7:15.

She's feeding the baby, cleaning bottles, making beds, maybe a few chores like laundry. She leaves at 6:45am to get to work at 7:30. My son doesn't even wake up until 6:45 and we leave at 7:30 to get to his school and then my work by 7:45am. My wife carries the baby in her car seat and a purse, so I grab her lunchbox, the bottles bag, and my daughter's day bag.
It's really not as bad as I made it out to be. Lunches are usually meal prepped so it's as much as placing Tupperware into lunch boxes. It takes literally a minute or two to dump breastmilk from Medela bottles into the ones my daughter drinks from. My son gets distracted easily (he's five), so he's the headless chicken. I'd say I do maybe 20 minutes of real work for other people in the morning.
If 20 minutes of help is enough to send a spouse off to another man, then they probably weren't committed to the marriage anyway.

Hit snooze several times. Jump out of bed, shower, dress, and out the door in 20 minutes. I've tried getting up early and working out. Not for this cat.
