What’s your wake up and morning routine?

I’ve been trying something different because I was getting into a habit of skipping everything besides a shower in lieu of more sleep.
Trying to hit snooze has made me oversleep twice.
Now, I’ve been getting up, starting coffee pot, shower, make some bacon for a mayo bacon sandwich or a blt, eat/read tigerdroppings, start my day.
Nothing special but having small tasks to complete gets me up.
What’s your morning look like?

Wake up around 345. Hit the gym for cardio for an hour or so. One cup of coffee, shower, at work by 645am

Put on running clothes and shoes
Let dog out to piss
Make Keurig coffee
Feed dog
Drink coffee while making infant's bottles
Poop
Take dog to poop
Put on running watch
Run the miles
Come inside to make wife and son's lunches and get everything ready for the day
Help wife carry her ridiculous amount of crap to the car
Make breakfast for me and son
Shower
Run around like a madman carrying a headless chicken to help son finish getting ready before we're late
Jump in car and speed off
Piss
Put on running clothes and shoes

Wake up 0500. Ride to work check emails, get ready for day. PT from 630 - 800 then coffee and breakfast.

5:30 wake up
5:45shave, get dressed, throw lunch in a bag walk out door, let chickens out, go to work
6:00 at work where i check yahoo, msn, craigslist, TD, and my groupme.... then repeat that for the next 10hrs until i leave
