whenever i cared about it it was 1.2. 150/125

havent benched seriously in years though so its probably much lower now

This was shortly after I left active duty in the USMC, maybe 02-03.

Today, maybe 300....I have become lazy and have not worked out in two years.

Mines not good, 1.2 325/265.....but I'm 54 and don't work out much at all.

My 19 year old kid has a good number 2.03 345/170. He works out all the time and is much stronger than he looks.
