$500 million at just a 3 percent return is $15 million annually. You really don't even need to invest, but just monitor.

I would probably invest in real estate and things that interest me. But I wouldn't be out there trying to make a dollar like it was my job.

I wouldnt get too extravagant. I will be investing in some extremely nice boats though.

Summer Home - 2.25 Mil. on the White River

Winter Home in Dulac for 520K

Probably drop a million on the fishing camp in Dulac.

Same home, for now.

Would buy:

Place on the beach.
Place in the Appalachians (w NC or E TN).
Find a couple thousand acres in northern Mississippi and build a doomsday/zombie apocalypse fortress.

There's a house on the beach at Hilton Head Island listed at 14.5 mil on Zillow. I would be all over that. It'd be nice but it's just a dream

Beach with skinny bitches > beach with whales.

You act like it’s a permanent and only residence baw. That’s just the new home I buy tomorrow. I’ll buy more

Probably buy the nicest beach house on 30A or the Cali coast. One of those condos next to Tiger stadium and use it as a party house and tailgate so I don’t have to worry about traffic after the game. A condo in the French quarter just for Saints games and Mardi Gras. And a cabin in Tennessee.

I’d probably do more traveling around the world. Maybe buy a historic castle in Europe as my home base so I can live out my GoT fantasies….

I'll hire Emile and T-John to take the wheels and axles off.

Maybe get a hot tub too.

Hawaii

The downside of Hawaii is, you can't get in your truck and drive 100 miles without passing your own house twice.

Plus, you'll eventually know where every pothole on the island is.

I always loved the echo park neighborhood in LA. If you’ve watched the movie training day. Anywhere near Hollywood or Beverly Hills.

I’d like to travel more than a big nice home. I’d have a home, but give me a nice yacht to travel the world. Also I’d love to drive across the nation in a classic car. Visit every state and spend a month in each state going town to town seeing any attractions and trying local bars and restaurants. Not just cities and big towns but stop at small towns learn their history meet locals check out local restaurants. I think that would be fun
