I work out before bed, so I just wait for dinner to digest and then I take my preworkout stuff and then my post workout stuff afterwards.

It depends on how much time I have. Could be any one of these:

Banana

Protein shake with banana and strawberries

Oatmeal

Ramen

My new breakfast = half cup of oats, 4 eggs, one scoop of protein powder. Mix that up, add blueberries, pop in waffle maker. Add light syrup and stawberry jam. Holy frick.

Heck, I eat it raw in yogurt - if you use full fat yogurt (assuming you like plain yogurt), and give it about 8 to 10 minutes for the acid in the yogurt to start to break down the husk of the groats - it's like a dessert with granola.

Sometimes I eat it with a banana, but it's already got quite a bit of sugar and carbs, I usually eat it with spinach.

a shakeup i like:

1 cup of yogurt
1 tblsp of reduced fat peanutbutter
granola
fruit of your choosing.

i heat the PB for about 10 seconds to make it more liquidy and mix everything in. good afternoon snack if I had a light lunch.

Heck, I bet that would work with steel cut oats in place of the granola, too, with our without fruit.

We use that All Natural Peanut Butter, and it's already liquidy as all get out (in a good way).

Thanks for the idea.

Anyone use peanut butter powder instead of peanut butter in your shakes?

And steel cut oats are good, but Scottish Oatmeal is where it's at

My goodness.. I've always suspected, but now I am sure of the large volume of tools in this joint. Nothing is cooler than going out of your way to mention the fact that you go to the gym on the interwebz.. Are your friends so few you have to ask the internet this?

As a matter of fact I excel at 12 ounce curls. I max out at 24 ounces when so required.
