My Gen 1 Raptor was pretty great. Did everything I needed it to. As it aged, tough choices had to be made.

78 CJ7. Metallic green with gold trim. 301 3 speed.

1998 Z71 1500 Silverado. It's barely got 100k miles on it and it was my grandpa's. I'll never sell that thing, and only really use it during hunting season.

Those 80 series in decent shape go for obscene amounts of money these days.
My favorite was a 92 240sx hatchback. Not a lot of power but weighed next to nothing. Wish I would have kept it.

I'm still kicking myself in the arse for selling it. It was triple-locked with an aftermarket supercharger.

1965 mustang. 289 hi performance 4 on the floor.
That was a fast little car.
I could fit 6 girls in it.
What a wonderful time it was.

She was awesome. I wish I still had it. In that condition they are worth some cash.

1968 Javelin SST
Upgraded easily from a 290 to 390 C.I. with a beefier 4 spd and differential. It was easy to work on, lots of aftermarket internal engine parts were available and it was very fast, given my younger days. The only downside was the heavy use of plastic in the interior.

Pure nostalgia - ‘89 Chevy 1500 SWB 2WD with a 350 and a 5-speed manual. Hyper tech chip (before tuners). Cold air intake (translated for 1989 meant turn the air cleaner cover upside down. Would walk a Mustang GT in the quarter, but you never raced the Mustang LX which was lighter.
Lots of fun times.
…
Reality - purchased a ‘93 similar to above and it ran like dog shite compared to todays standards. Traded it off after a year. That above truck in 1989 was a bad mother but cars sucked back then comparatively speaking. shite my wife’s grocery getting V6 Mom wagon will run 15’s.
- best though I have to say was my new F150 with the Coyote.

My first truck. A 1995 Silverado Z71 with 120k miles.
Wish I had it to restore now.
