Hopefully we'll be done having kids by then. I think being done cranking out little ones by 34 would be a good number.
Hopefully we'll be in a different tax bracket.

1. Retire in two years, 3 months.
2. Prep house for AirBnB rental.
3. Go on the road for 5-7 years to sunny, warm, fun places while my much younger travel nurse wife works three days a week. Think Austin, San Diego, Nashville, The Springs, etc.

In 5 years I hope to triple my RE portfolio. Current environment has some banks a lot more conservative in their offers unfortunately.
