Christmas Eve we go to my wife’s grandmas house where we eat, drink, and open presents. Christmas Day we open up presents with the kids then head to inlaws house for more presents and a breakfast FEAST!!

We don't blow Christmas eve out really. Mass, then usually go find some place open to eat afterwards so as to not dirty up the kitchen.
Christmas is the big day where we hit the ground running, do presents and cook breakfast early. Then do a beef tenderloin meal for the whole family for dinner. Cook the tenderloin whole then slice it into filet mignons.

So when do you get to see your family?

We go to my wife's grandmother's house and make awkward small talk with family we generally don't fit in with while we all get drunk.
Then we all sit around the table and gamble!

My wife and I get up every Christmas morning and cook homemade biscuits with tomato gravy. Did it every year we have been married (22 years).
A few years we back we adopted our niece and nephew. We had to make them chocolate gravy, Picky little shits don't like tomatoes.

Christmas eve we watch the old grinch movie and make grinch floats. Grinch floats are lime sherbet and sprite.

Church on Christmas Eve if able to (past years I've had to work). Going to my parents and then my husband's parents on Christmas Day. Both gatherings very small gatherings.

At my parents house in Queens. All my siblings and their families. My in laws have flown up from Louisiana and are staying in our apartment in Manhattan (kill me).

My dad crumples up 50 $2 bills in each of our stockings. He shuffles them around and takes 2 $2 bills out of one stocking and puts a $5 in giving that person $1 more than the the others. That is Santa’s favorite. It happened by mistake 15 or so years ago but has become a tradition.
