Insomnia.
Might sound funny, but it effects your life if you can't sleep regularly.
6-8 hours matter.
I get 3-4.

I have a lot of drive at work + the gym
outside of that I normally just want to chill the frick out and either relax or party

I make bad choices for charitable contributions.
When I lived in Hollywood from 2000 to 2014, I set up a home for underemployed actresses and models with drinking issues. At the time I had people telling me not to set these girls up with a pool and free access to alcohol, but I refused to listen. Looking back on that time, they probably were right. I don't think it did any of them any good.
