What's the OT lounges opinion on letting their teens see Jaws in IMAX 3D this weekend?

Jaws returns this weekend in imax and 3D

I'm perfectly fine letting my two boys see it, as they just turned 13 years old. However, my wife thinks the movie is too scary for them to handle. What does the OT think of letting them see a movie like Jaws?

Do they still show the naked tits in Jaws or has that been edited out?

Think about what you were doing at 13. Do your part to stop the pussification America.

Jaws is PG. They've seen way worse than Jaws. Of course they should see it and should have seen it already really.

I was watching it around the same age....just not in 1976

ETA: First time I watched it, I was scared shitless, but I ended it up watching it so many times after that my parents made fun of me for it.

We watched it as a family when I was 6 before our vacation in Gulf Shores, still went into the ocean.

And some wonder why this generation is so god damn soft.

You too bro. You are the man. You make all the decisions. She is only there to serve you. She should only open her mouth to blow you.

My 10 year old daughter and her friends watch Stranger Things during sleepovers. It far more gruesome than Jaws. I think a 13 year boy should be able to handle it. I mean we were passing around pornos and Faces of Death movies all summer long at that age.

I was 7 years old when I saw it. Not to scary for me but my 5 year old brother didn't want to get in the bathtub after seeing it.
