You are 100% correct. The only thing that place has in common with a good restaurant is high prices. Food and service suck.

That is funny. That place is a steaming pile of shite. Oh it looks nice but the service is bad and the food is no better.

Fair enough. Granted when I go there it’s not for the “high end” experience. My boss & I will go to the separate bar area, get the same food dish every time, & drink (a lot)

While we are talking LA real estate, who owns the compound just east of the Hammond airport on Hwy 90 ? It must be nice since it has that massive fence.

Right across the street from my sister and BiL on Bayou Tortue Road. My nephew cut his teeth duck hunting on Stuller's property with Stuller's son.

I think that may be Edwin Edwards' old house. I know he, a one time, live on Highland at Pecue.

I saw one profiled a few years ago located in west St. Tammany Parish north of Covington.

I know there's a big estate not far from the Covington-Vincent Airport off of Penn Mill Road (not too far from Lake Ramsay). I wonder if that's the house you're talking about, but always assumed it was for some South Shore Move Here trash bag.

I believe his is the one closer to the interstate across from CCL. The house Rando is talking about may be owned by the Mocklers.

Art Favre the owner of Performance Contractors recently built a god awful contemporary piece of crap off Highland Road near CCL. The house is over 25000 sq ft and cost nearly 18 million not including land and hardscape/landscape.

I figured someone would post this. I have not been to his place here but spent lots of time at the Wedding Cake house on St Charles when he owned that. That wasn't too shabby

I had never heard of the guy before this thread. Saw the article below on Business Report email this morning. Same guy I wonder?
