think that may be Edwin Edwards' old house. I know he, a one time, live on Highland at Pecue.

I believe his is the one closer to the interstate across from CCL. The house Rando is talking about may be owned by the Mocklers.

The large fenced estate at the corner of Perkins and Highland across from CCL belongs to Jimmy Swaggart. The smaller home on the property was at one time his son's.

Eddie’s house is @ 40,000+ HSF, I think. Helluva estate.

My sister in law went to a Neville reunion at that house.
She said it was really something.

No, that is Chip Lavigne's house. He owns Lavigne Oil.

Don’t know a thing about his house, but I’ve sat in his LSU baseball seats (I’ve never met FWIW. We have a mutual friend) and if his house is as nice as his seats, the house must be freaking amazing.

Damn, spend a little money on a real estate photographer.

One in Lafayette that can't be cheap. May be the biggest lot in the neighborhood.

That house is worse than horrible. On a public BREC course and not close to being nice.
Wouldn’t have IG if you gave it to me.

Tackiest has to be the castle in Sulphur. Not even a cool looking castle. Looks like a medieval times.

Looks like a large white castle.

Kentucky has a castle. A cool one.

The house on the corner of highland and pecue is my dream house assuming I have to stay in baton rouge.

Amen, that land is gorgeous.

Another house that’s up there is the big house in downtown Covington that was just finished catty corner to Toad Hallow.

There is a beautiful house that was recently built on Lakeshore Drive in Mandeville. Not the largest in the area but it is nice without being overly pretentious.

Matt Stuller of Stuller Settings has a nice pad in Lafayette. Helipad included.
