Won a 21 speed bicycle around the 4th grade that was way too big and I couldn't ride it.

A 1 lb pack of m&m’s.
Remember when M&M was running this deal where if you opened a pack and it was all different colors (white, purple, sky blue, and maybe tan?), you win a million dollars?
That happened to me when I was in the 8th grade.
Panic throughout the faculty, called my parents, and they called the number in the bag and they were like nah, you won first prize, not the grand prize. Congrats on the 1 lb bag.

Nothing super valuable, but I do win things a decent amount.
I texted a number on a placard one day while waiting on food at WalkOns. Got a call a few weeks later that I won tickets the the Independence Bowl in the WalkOns owner suite, a loaded Visa gift card, and a few other things. Gave us something random to do on my off time during the holidays.
I've won VIP press area tickets to the acts at Jazz Fest before.
I won a full weekend to Voodoo Fest once. Was fun, but I was underage. Would have been fun to win that at an older age.
I won VIP wristbands to Blues Fest two years in a row from the same entity/contest. That was odd.
Tickets to Bret Michaels concert.. tickets to LSU games.. was on the field lining the tunnel as the players ran out at a Saints game.. IDK, probably other stuff. I like trying to win things.

I used to enter contests like crazy because I had a boring job where I just waited for the phone to ring all day and much of the day it didn’t. Anyway, I won countless in the Coca-Cola contest where you could enter like 2 times a day and it told you automatically if you won. You would either win 2 movie tickets or $25 visa gift card. I won at least $1000 off that. Also won a PlayStation portable in a similar instant win contest. Received a few random checks from contests I had entered, the most being $100. Never truly won big by winning a car or five figures or anything but I constantly had stuff showing up to my house. I miss those days, now I get nothing but spam in my mailbox.

Sitting here thinking REALLY hard and I don't think I've ever won a damn thing. Maybe a few bucks at a card game but that MIGHT be it.

$1200 on 2 Super Bowl pool squares about 25 years ago.
My step dad is one of the luckiest guys I know when it came to things like this. One time he bought two $100 ticket for an elimination raffle.
The way that works is they draw stubs and call out the number and if you have that number, you're eliminated.
It got down to him and another guy and my step dad offered to split the $10K with the guy, but the guy refused and decided all or nothing. He got nothing when his number was the next to be drawn and my step dad took home the $10K.
