We had some work in Norway. We flew into Stavanger. They had a rig hidden in Fjord in some small town over 3 hours from there. We were almost the last ones out. They told us they no longer provided transportation back to Stavanger this late in the job. Took a +\- $400 Uber ride back to the airport. It went on the company card.

Bangkok to an island in the south of Thailand .. in a nice SUV with leather seats and aircon.. was a six hour ride and cost me $45 usd .
