I have driven several times for more than 24 hours without stopping besides gas.
College went from LSU to the southern part of Mexico. And another trip from LSU to Boulder also nonstop.

I drove from Key West to Lafayette in one day, 1174 miles. Ended up taking about 19 hours.

Flagstaff, Arizona to Magnolia, Ohio.
Dropping my '69 Mach 1 off with a friend to keep it in storage while I was away for 4 years in the Air Force.
Saved $80/mo. in storage fees.
I was 23 at the time.

I've driven for over 24 hours straight going from Baton Rouge to Los Angeles. I don't think one can quite appreciate just how big Texas is until you actually drive across it. Cross the Louisiana/Texas state line in the early evening and then by morning when the sun is coming up you're still in Texas and still a few hours to go until finally hitting NM
I want to say 14 of my 19 hour trip from Key West to Lafayette was spent driving through Florida. The worst part is driving 35 mph through the Keys.

Birmingham, AL to Hays, KS, in route to Denver. Roughly 16 hours and 10/10 would never drive that far again. Young and dumb is a hell of a thing sometimes.

ABQ to MEM
Exits for food and gas aside, I made a total of two right hand turns before pulling into my neighborhood that night.

Not sure if it was the furthest... But I drove a friend from Vail Colorado to Las Vegas in one day... But the kicker it was in August and the car didn't have AC.. I started to feel sick and realized I was dehydrated.. I had salt rings on my shirt and BB hat..

Covington to Raton NM 18 hours. 1065 miles
Would have been a little more into Colorado but we stopped in Texas goofing off a bit so Raton at 18 hours was maxed out

Houma, Louisiana to Corpus Christi. 550 miles or so. Non stop. Got some invoices signed. Topped off my truck then drove back home. Corpus to Houma 550 miles non stop. About 18 hours round trip.
I had extra fuel tanks installed on my truck due to the gas shortages at the time and carried about 60 gallons with three auxiliary tanks. With a gallon jug to pee in I could go a long time.

Last year I was up in Omaha, after the game we went to party at Barrett's Barleycorn Pub. Got in bed around 2:30. At 7am, I was wide awake. Drove back to Cypress, Tx. Only stopping for restroom breaks, food and gas. Somewhere around 800 or so miles.
