I use it anytime I plan on encountering the swamp arse. I lather that shite on before long runs or bike rides. Better than Chamois Butter, thats for sure. Plus, it has a very pleasant scent.


EDIT: Also stays pretty slick and is as effective at preventing chafing as it is healing it.

Apply some Gel deodorant and wear loose boxers so you can vent the heat. If you're a big guy with the ol' chaffing issue, the under armor underwear works. You'll have to wear breathable shorts over them to get the best effect tho.

At the risk of being ridiculed I will divulge my help. I used to sweat a lot there and get jock itch because it often. Read up on it and female roll on deodorant stops the sweat and kills jock itch. Been using it for 3 years and no more problems
