In baton rouge, I like ex officio boxers. They dry really quick. On really hot days you may need a pair of those and some baby wipes to just clean your gooch.

Liberal use of gold bond and some moisture wicking boxers like ex officio or under armor. Even then in Florida your mileage may vary. Good luck.
