There is seating on the balcony, but it’s only the first row-closest to the rail and I believe it’s reserved for VIP/Foundation members, but I could be wrong about that. The seats have great views of the stage if you can get one.

Mike Hoss is unbearable. I used to enjoy listening to games on the radio. Now it’s torture. The worst I’ve heard. Joel Meyers would be amazing!

I have a 2024 Wildtrack with the Sasquatch package and I agree completely. Surprisingly nice ride. Very easy to drive. I haven’t had it very long, but so far 10/10 would recommend

I have USAA insurance

Had wind mitigation inspection-$300

Met some, but not all of the requirements for fortified roof.

Rate dropped 60%. No BS. Well worth it for me!

ETA: inspector told me USAA offers the biggest discounts for wind mitigation inspections

Looking for a hybrid foam/spring mattress. Been researching for weeks. Too many choices…Casper, DreamCloud, Nectar, Sealy, Tempurpedic, etc.

Price points vary wildly. Anyone have any useful insight?
