Currently at an all inclusive in Costa Rica so only water and coffee planned for the morning. Kids are now older so might have to make this a new tradition.

Honestly, if its a really bad one, amino acid hydration drink and a Xanax.
The reason I add the Xanax part is that a hangover is the ONLY thing these days that triggers panic attacks.
Pop one of those guys and chug that hydration drink and I am good.
Got to the age where drinking again with a hangover does not do a damn thing but make it worse
