If you live next door to me, feel free to start at 7 or 8. Just don't come over and knock on my door at 1am when I'm playing my drums or bass at full volume. Turnabout is fairplay.

Some people work the night shift and have newborns so I try to wait until after 11 am.

I sometimes start at 6am because I haven't been to bed yet.
My neighbors don't care. One side is passed out drunk and the other side get up at 5am 7 days a week and the rest of the neighborhood is too far away to bother.

I see no issue with 7:30 or later. That being said, I don’t have the same intense level of heat that south Louisiana does.
