Every job where there are a lot of young people?
My first job was in a software company and it was almost all people in their 20s. We had happy hour almost every night, and had leagues for everything. Lots of getting "know" folks. It was a great time. My place was across the street from the office... those were the days!

Pharmaceutical sales. But it's more likely to be with associates.. so if you are specific to just doing co-workers then.. I am not sure how that side of it works out.
