My mom wants to try it. She’s never done any drugs, she claims. She’s afraid it might contain some THC and doesn’t want that. What does the collective genius of the OT recommend?

How well regulated is that industry? How do you know you’re not buying extremely diluted, homeopathic like stuff if anything at all?

I'm not a doctor, but I would treat the source of the anxiety. CBD oil, even if it works wonders, is only covering up the problem.

Get her some 5mg gummies of thc. She'll never know and will not get high.

CBD doesn't do anything for me.

Mandate that she take THC. I know it’s her choice but she’s doesn’t realize how good it will be for her. Just threaten to take away something valuable from her if she didn’t comply.

I have massive anxiety issues, and I've always found the CBD by itself hasn't done much for me. I like the 25-1 CBD to THC ratio gummies.

Except that THC gives a lot of people anxiety, and makes existing anxiety much worse. Plus 5mg is definitely enough to get high if you aren’t a burnout.

5mg will get someone a bit high, but it's not enough to give someone the pot anxiety. I would not give someone 5 mg without telling them.

I agree. Trying different substances for what is typically an emotional issue is not a good way to handle life. Therapy is probably going to help more than some OTC snake oil.

CBD products will have below 0.3% THC.

They'll all have a little.

This is incorrect. Anxiety stems from a chemical imbalance , although It can be caused by number of things,

So... wouldn't it make more sense to get treatment for potentially any number of things? Rather than self-medicate and cause more harm than good?

Sure, But therapy is typically not helpful for something like that. Exercise would be my first choice, .lots of it
