And Neti pot or similar.
Antibiotics usually don't help. See this article for more:
Had a rough case of the stuff last fall.
I used a neti pot but honestly I'm not sure it helped. People seem to love em though.
I didn't go to the doc for antibiotics because I read that it doesn't help much or at all. I guy I know had sinusitis at about the same time I as did and went through 3 rounds of antibiotics. That pretty much confirmed to me that not getting antibiotics was a good decision.
Tylenol was a life saver for three days when the infection was giving me terrible headaches. I almost never tylenol/pain killer stuff but for this shite it was fantastic.

Find a place that sells natural locally bottled honey. It must be from from a beehive in your area. Take a teaspoon a day.

Good whiskey, with honey and lemon. Shoot it, repeat as needed until pain is gone.

90% of sinus infections are viral and antibiotics won't do anything.
Get a steroid shot, flush your nose 3x a day, and take a decongestant with anti inflammatory

Cortisone shot, antibiotic shot, and z-pack.
If you feel it creeping up but it's not full blown, mucinex it up and drink a shitload of water.

Over the counter
I suggest you see a doctor... you aren't getting rid of it without antibiotics.

I'm analysis about using distilled water and I boil the neti pot after I clean it every time I use it. I was sceptical for a long time since my wife knew someone whose son had the amoeba that killed him.
But, there is no medicine that has ever cleared me up as fast and as thorough as the neti pot. I try to use it once a week now.

Tear gas. Flushed mine out in one go and didn't have any sinus problems for several years after.

Allegra, Claritin and Zyrtec are old news. Xyzal is out now and is better than the aforementioned.

I've seen a much worse video than that. Look up "Stuffed Nose- Bizarre ER" on YouTube
