What would you do with this truck?

Im kind of in love with it but I dont know what I would do with it. Any ideas?

Why would you need a heavy duty truck to install floors?

If it was a govt truck, it's worthless cause they don't take care of anything.

Trying to figure out if it is even 4x4.
Looks like a control arm or driveshaft, but who knows. Looks like it may be on leafsprings so probably a driveshaft.

Ford didn't make a medium duty 4x4 of that vintage.
GMC did. Navistart did, but Navistar did make some trucks for Ford...so who knows.

They all had solid beam front axles with leaf springs. Rear drive only. Unless this is a Navistar truck.
