After the birth of this baby which I would help raise and love she will have an implanted birth control device as soon as she could have it.

For people who can't afford a baby, then I'm into that big time.

That's laughably stupid.

You demand your daughter gets an abortion because you're not raising anymore babies (don't have the time, money, or resources),
Sell the F250, the bass boat, downsize to a smaller house.
Whatever it takes.
A 15 yr. old girl can't see past high school.
She needs a parent to step up and point her in the right direction.
That abortion would be in the back of her head for the rest of her life.

When you're a man, they're pretty much the same thing.

I'd get the boy's mom pregnant and not take care of his stepbrother.

your idea of life and mine I guess aren't the same
If your idea of life is sitting in a trailer with 5 kids from 3 different fathers, none of which are in the picture, living off of government cheese, then yeah I guess not. Pregnancy at 15 is a damn fine start to having that life.

I would make major changes in my life to change my time, money, and resources to invite the human life that is part of my family into the world in a loving, caring way. It might include leaning on the government for assistance at times, even for a while, but I would all but kill myself to put my family in a position to lead a slightly better life.

Well, that's what the pro-choice movement got you.

Tyler's anaconda got loose again I see.

Slow down brother. She made a mistake. She's not condemned to the trailer park just yet.

Call it what it is. Pro-abortion.
ETA: Why hasn't this abortion thread been whacked?

I'd never force anyone to have an abortion, and I'm very much pro-choice.
But I see nothing wrong with refusing to raise the child.. Telling her she can find a way to do it on her own, or that you'll help her with finding adoption options.

Her chances of trailerhood are greatly dependent on the financial well-being of the OP (assuming it happened to him).
ETA: My father's older sister had a baby at 16, I think. I don't really know the context of my cousin's upbringing (only 8 years younger than my dad), but by all accounts there was not much of a struggle, thanks to my grandparents.

Or maybe it is a wake up call that gets her on the right path and she graduates from college and is a great provider and role model for her child.
