What would you do if you saw this in the casino?

The roulette wheel hit the number zero 13 times in a row. I did the math on it for fun, the chance of this happening: 0.00000000000000000029%
If this was the first thing I saw when I walked in, I would immediately turn around and walk out

Did you actually see it hit 0 that many times? If not, it’s more likely that the electronic board is just not working correctly.
Edit: They also might be setting up that table and it isn’t live yet. When they are opening a table and turn on the sign it is all 0s
