Assuming you are happily married and wish to keep your job, you should delete that selfie immediately. Nothing good can come from you telling HR - I promise you, she already has a story made up about how you have been soliciting her and promising her favors for sex, or worse. Your odds are not good facing down that situation in 2018, no matter how innocent you are.
