Bring them some cookies to welcome them to the neighborhood and ask how much for an ounce of weed

Call it in. I've had three neighbors foreclosed on by our HOA for less than what those shitbirds are doing to you.

These people are young, drive trashy, half-destroyed vehicles, leave trash all over their yard, and have "visitors" at literally all hours of the night. Each "visitor" is carrying backpacks, laundry bags, or laundry baskets with blankets draped over them into the house. They're there for just a few minutes and then leave shortly after. Sometimes they have backpacks in their hands while walking out and sometimes they don't.

So you think they're dealing big enough quantities of drugs that people are having to haul them out in backpacks and laundry baskets? Is Pablo Escobar living there?

They probably NOT selling drugs if they’re bringing in laundry baskets and backpacks

Yeah, free washer and dryer.

In trade for drugs though.

We have some interesting renters that moved in a few houses down several months ago. Constant traffic to the house with mostly cars either without plates or expired tags. Called the local PD and they basically said they can't do anything unless there's an active "suspicious act" occurring. Turns out, they had a surveillance car watching the house for like 2 weeks at one point. I told them to bring em back out, they're missing the best action!

Seemed like they've quieted down with the constant traffic lately. I don't really care, honestly. Just didn't want them parking in front of my house and calling for ubers out in front of my house (which they did on several occasions). I politely asked them to stop from my porch swing, and no issues since. Unless they start to encroach on your place, and start putting your family on edge, I'd let it go

Yeah, I was thinking it was just some kind of swinger thing. Or maybe they just have friends whose living situations don't involve an in-home washer and dryer.

OP can't really dictate what kind of cars his neighbors drive but there's probably a code enforcement department that cares about trash all over the yard.

Find out where the landlord lives and pay kids to roll his house every month.

Other than that, though, they've been very quiet and to themselves.

There ya go. Otherwise they are just reaping the benefits of the war on drugs that you probably voted for

If they are dealing and get arrested they will definitely get with the suppliers that they know and try to figure out how they were busted. If the suppliers didn't snitch then they would start looking at residents in the neighborhood

You can call in a tip to local pd. Based on what you've seen they will likely take your call seriously. If there's a narcotics division(is this a city or rural hood) they'll take the information you have and set up and stage a traffic stop on a vehicle leaving the house. They may also simply show up and ask questions "based on a tip" and hope they smell or see drugs. Happens ALL the time all over the country.

All of this. Narcotics distribution cases often start from a tip from the community.

A knock and talk may work if they are low level dealers.

When you hear the flash bang go off at 4am in a few weeks, try not to shite the bed. It means the good guys are solving your communities problem.

Or it could mean some kid is blinded and some grandma gets shot at the wrong house over some weed.
