So is it based on 2018 or 2019? Big difference for me. 2018 My wife and I were not married yet, and I made under 100k and so did she. 2019 we were married, but we combined for a pinch over 150k. Just trying to figure out which trolling motor to order.

The way I understand it, is you're going on your 2018 status and taxes. So if you made $75k or less in 2018 and you were single, you get the full amount. If you made between $75k and $100k, you get a progressively less amount. Over 100k, you get nothing.

I'm not a legal expert. I'm just a guy. Take that for what it's worth.

I won't get one. How will it work, if you filed jointly but the wife makes less than 75K would she get one? Probably not but hopeful.

Definitely get the speed queen. It’s the only washing machine worth a shite on the market today. 10 year parts and labor warranty

So, if you make 198k as a family you are "rich"

If you live in Louisiana and make 198K as a household, you aren't poor.

I’m putting that money into my student loans, which are currently at 0% interest if you’re in a government loan.

Under 75K for the full amount.

Per individual or for the household?

Im probably out, but if it's 75k for the household this is helping ZERO middle class people.

If you have a combined income of just under 200k, and are living within your means, then you should have enough money saved up to where this situation should not have caused you to not be able to pay any bills. Now, if you make that much, and drive a 70k truck, live in a 2500 sq. ft. house, and the wife drives a 70k SUV, you have a 30k boat, and your kids go to the most expensive school, and you have a nice deer lease, a nice duck lease, then yeah, you probably are severely hurt by this. But if that's the case, you aren't very smart.

The wife has been on me about needing a new washer & dryer. Only problem is she absolutely HATES virtually all the new washers & dryers on the market today. For some reason the washing machines don’t come with agitators any longer

You can request an agitator model for Maytag. Just got one. They order it for you.
