I started an econometrics class but dropped it. I hated it.
Just took my Time Series final this afternoon to complete my concentration in econometrics. Pretty tough stuff

ETA: Assuming you took metrics at LSU, you should have stuck with it. Dr. Hill is a great professor

Dr. Hill just taught the elementary econometrics course when I was there. I thought he was really good too. Hillebrand taught forecasting and financial econometrics. I don't know if he is even still there. Those were the requirements for empirical analysis when I was there. I don't know to which you are referring with time series.
I think people were more intimidated by those classes than they needed to be. Because of the big curve they are close to impossible to fail if you pick up on the material at all at the undergrad level. In fin econometrics I think I got a 58 on the mid term which was the highest B in the class, and I blew away the final with a legit A.
The material can be a little intimidating at first, but the computer handles the tedious calculations, and you don't even really need to understand the calculus to understand how to practically use the models. It just helps some with conceptual understanding. Tbh some of that went over my head. I don't think it's that much worse than a basic statistics class.

History 122. This profession r thought he was fing Aristotle. Guy wanted exact details of every single event and his exams were 3 hour essay only. It was world history French Revolution to present day
Hardest A- I ever earned

Statics wasn't that hard, but Jacobs made sure to do her best to fail half of the class

Time series is forecasting. They changed the name and numbers of the classes a couple years ago.

Quantitative Business Analyst man that was hard.

Thermo.
It was the first and only time in my life I stopped half way through one of the exams and just thought to myself "what the frick am I doing here, I'll never make it"
Somehow made it through with a D.
Period, end of discussion, nothing else is even close.

Probably Writing the Novel, though really only because it was a lot of work. It was fun though

Quantum mechanics was actually easier for me to understand in graduate school vs in undergrad. The math was the only thing I could make sense of when I was in PChem.
Hardest class at LSU for me was probably Math 4035, Advanced Calc in n Dimensions. Real Analysis kicked my arse

I am guessing you never had Jacobs.

Organic chemistry with Dr. Bacca. Way back when in 1988 or 89.

Fluids was harder than Thermo, if you ask me.
and Diff Eq was very easy to me. I probably should have done something with mathematics b/c i think i'm a genius when it comes to math. I made an A in every calculus class i took with little to no effort. To not make a 100 on a test was very uncommon for me, and i don't recall ever actually studying for a test. I didn't think there was a career in mathematics outside of teaching so i never gave it a thought.

Dynamics (Mech. Eng.) was pretty hard. I took it in the summer just so I could focus on that one class and it still ate my lunch.
There was a math class that I never completely understood. It wasn't that it was hard, I just didn't get it. It was a combination of linear algebra and differential equations. The diff e made sense to me but I couldn't get my head wrapped around the matrix manipulation stuff in the linear algebra part of that class.

Remedial Math; but only the first 2 times, after that it was smooth sailing.
I understand they no longer offer that course and don't admit students who need it. Glad I went when standards and tuition were both low.

Advanced Anatomy and Physiology, frick that class.
The majority of my other undergrad classes were pretty easy, though. Luckily, I didn't have to take any of those bullshite math classes that I'll never use (outside of statistics).
