Anyone remember fame city? There was a spider web like tower with rubber 'webs' 10-15' feet lower than the previous one. You'd have to fight your way through the web and then drop down to the next level. Good times.

Excalibur and the shared safety bars.

If you had a fatty next to you or in your car, you better hold on for dear life.

You had to be a certain height for the last two rows on Cyclone because it was so rough around the turns that you would bust your head on the sides if you weren't tall enough.

Was it called horizons? The planetarium like place where you layed on the floor and watched the first person like videos of coasters, skateboarders, crazy boat rides, etc.that made people sick.

Loved the Texas Cyclone and the river ride, but the Alpine ride was wonderful on a hot summer day.

Ultra Twister and Texas cyclone were my favorites. I don't even remember greased lightning.

I liked batman but it was a killer on the taint and balls. Sometimes it was do uncomfortable I just prayed for the end.

I loved astroworld but part of me is a little glad it's not around anymore. I could see it being a disappointment to my adult self. It's goat in the memories.

I rode that once and never went back. Anyone remember the Mayan mindbender? It was supposed to be worth the 1 1/2 hour wait, but it was lame as hell.

Well I believe it was more like 45. I went to Astroworld early 80's. Was the Astrodome still across the street when you went to Astroworld?

Considering the Astrodome is still around, it's safe to say it was across the street when everyone went to Astroworld.
