Don't think he was offering the dog a treat
His point was that bc her dog was unleashed, he could hold his hand out with a treat and her dog would come straight to him bc that's what unleashed dogs would probably do.
His point wasn't to try to poison the dog but to get her to comply with the park's rules or whatever of requiring a leash on dogs.

That woman is a POS, but as crazy as this shite might sound.. Let's not get caught up in all of this shite and let it divide us to the point where if you are on one side of the political aisle you have to take a certain position..
All of a sudden we have this wave of news reports. Its election year. Social media has taken campaigning to a whole new level and they shove stories down our throat.. But its cherry picked. "How can we get people worked up and stay worked up so that they will look at it from a political aspect so that when election time comes they get out to vote?"
If there are no issues and that don't become personal then people will not go vote and both sides need to get all of their people to the polls as possible.
I honestly think that's what is going on...
