Already on vitamin d but added c and zinc as well. I have low vitamin d despite lots of outside time.

Zinc and vitamin D have major health benefits regardless of covid.

Help maintain/increase testosterone. Using them in combination with Vitamin C supercharges your immune system.

Nothing... none before, still none.

A well-balanced diet provides everything your body needs. Supplements are fantasy or potentially placebo, and a waste of effort and money.

It you’re like me and don’t have a solid diet. There’s noting wrong with making sure your body is getting the dose of vitamin C, B, zinc, and magnesium right now.

Been taking Fish Oil, B, Allegra, and D for years. I truly believe everyone needs to take Vitamin D. Outside of Covid. People just don't get enough through dairy or sun. Most people are deficient. Definitely helps depression.

Report seven years old. OP was asking about COVID prevention.

Zinc is apparently recommended to help guard against COVID.

The point still stands, unless you are deficient in a certain vitamin there is no point in taking supplements. You should be getting the necessary amount of zinc and other vitamins through your diet. If you are deficient in a certain vitamin you should analyze and adjust your diet. With that said, some people for various reasons are unable to obtain the necessary vitamins with a healthy diet and in that case taking supplements is necessary
