4:30am, in the gym by 5, out by 6, back home to shower and leave work at 6:30, at work by 7.

Cardio in the afternoons after work. In bed by 9.

Being “in shape” is just not this important to me.

Waking up 3 hours before having to be at work at 730 is insane to me. More power to y’all

When I worked 7-4 I had plenty of time to get in a proper workout after work and still have most of the night free.

I work out twice a day. 30 reps of 10 doing Knuckle squats and knuckle flex drills. I don’t need any treadmill.

I have a job that needs doing, kids that need attention, a wife that needs loving, a yard that needs cutting and a house that needs fixing. I don't even know what a gym is anymore.

I've come to realize at 41 that I'll never be a morning person. I wake up 15-20 minutes before I walk out of the door to go to work

The odd thing that I notice about wake up times are people are so extreme. They’re either waking up at 4:00 or people are waking up at 9:00. What’s wrong with 6:45-7:30?
