What time do you wake up to go to the gym?

4:45am here. In the gym by 5:15, walking out the gym by 6:30. Workout done for the day

I’m up by 5am everyday and going in to work. I just do 8 hours straight, knock off at 1:30 and then hit the gym.

The average OTer is 5’9 265. They don’t.
I go in the afternoons.
Use to go from 5am-7am but there were more people then as opposed to 7pm-9pm

When on Day shift - I go at night around 930 after I help put the kids to bed.
Night shift - I go in the mornings after I get off or after I drop kids at school during school year.

4am if I go in the morning. 7pm if I go after work. 4pm on Fridays and 7am on weekends.
