In the summer we keep it on 68 or 69 but 69 with the AC running and 69 with the Heat running are two totally different things. If I set the heat to 69 then I feel like I am suffocating and being burned alive. I only turn the heat on if I have to and then it is 66 or 67.

I keep it off unless its terribly cold then i'll turn it on to 64 and let it stir some warm air around for a bit then cut it off again

Off
Maybe a two or three mornings I kick it on to get above 60 then shut it off.
I like it cold.

Usually in the summer I will gave it around 76-77.

In the winter, 70-71 although it’s often inactive for long periods.

Heater isn't set until it gets into the 30s. At that point 58 at night, 55 during the day.

For summer we set the air on 68. We like it cool inside year round.

64 at night/60 during the day. We'll manually adjust a couple degrees depending on how we feel.

68 at night/72 during the day when AC is on.

Stays on 68 and it's comfortable. When it's under freezing outside the fireplace helps to keep the temp @ 70 or so inside.
