What songs annoy you that are played by all of the unheard of bands?

Picture this: You are at a festival or gathering where there’s live music. A bunch of old geezers in their 70’s prancing around on stage after 2 hours of mic check and then they start playing songs we’ve all heard of. There’s always the same set list and it all sounds - meh.
These are the ones I wished no longer existed.
1. Brown Eyed Girl
2. Brick House
3. Marie Leveaux
What y’all got?

Brick House…yeah that’s gotta go. Reminds me of desperate nights in Cadillac

I have heard “Tennessee Whiskey” by 500 different musicians and none of them are as close as they think they are to Chris Stapleton.

There used to be a bar/club in Chattanooga called Yesterdays.
Pretty sure that every band that ever played there had to know Brown Eyed Girl to get the gig. I could definitely go the rest of my life without hearing it again.

To be fair, Brick House should only be played by a black band.

Don’t remember the song but it was a duet from Star is Born with Gaga & Bradley Cooper.
Every unknown band that I heard try it was like nails on a chalk board. Apparently, the vocals are not easy but the song music is

Simple Man no one does it as good as the original Lynyrd Skynyrd did.

The list begins with Brown Eyed Girl and ends with Louis, Louis

I tend to cash my tab out and leave the second some mediocre cover band says, “We’re going to change pace and play a couple of our originals for ya!”
