Twitter & Instagram.
Deleted FB years ago. I signed up when you still needed a college email to sign up, about a year of so after they opened it up for everyone I deleted it.
A few of my friends keep asking me to sign up for snapchat. I guess.. About a year or so I did. It seemed like too much bullshite so I never even used it.
And if you consider this site social media, then add this to twitter & Instagram.

I only use Twitter. Facebook is trash and Instagram is for degenerates.

Twitter. It's really the only one I use. Haven't posted anything on Facebook in a couple of years, and only check it every few weeks. I should just delete it.
I check Instagram almost every day, but rarely post anything.

twitter - couple times a week - just to follow sports/talking heads/political humor
instagram - couple times a week - keep up with friends
facebook - once a year - so i can remove all the photo tags people tag me in and make sure my profile is still locked down.
