Any kind of physically demanding work or exercise during the day.

This is the world we live in now, people can't figure out how to sleep.

PM Aleve is shockingly effective at helping me sleep.

It is for a lot of people. Jobs with very high stress levels and constant emails through the night when you have people working in multiple time zones and even different countries attribute to this for me. I am surprised you can sleep so well with all of these stresses. Great for you.

Bob Ross videos will cure the worst insomnia.
This would be true if he didn't slap his paintbrushes dry so loudly. Drifting away to slumber and then....

Isn't Zzzquil just higher dose benadryl with a higher sticker price attached?

Try melatonin. It's your body's natural sleep chemical.

I find that laying down and closing my eyes helps.

I ask my wife about her day and when she starts talking I zone out and go right to sleep. For the rare occasions that doesn’t work, restoril.

It really isn't a good idea to mix xanex with alcohol.

L tryptophan is all natural and works well
It’s what in turkey but one of those rare things where the supplement is actual more effective than the food. It has to be taken on an empty stomach because it’s an amino acid and can compete with other amino acids.. which results in not being effective.
Really the best thing is to get into a routine and follow it., our body’s like patterns

Taking melatonin long term can ruin your body’s ability to create its own melatonin. Which is not good.
Melatonin can also cause night terrors for some people. I know of two people who can’t take it because of this.

This is the best White Noise App. It's like a drug and really helps you get to sleep. I still do wake up a few times a night but this helps get back to sleep as well.
