Wow. Dude no shite you might try working out and doing some stretches or something to wind down before you go to bed. I'd also try to leave your phone across the room so you don't constantly check it throughout the night.

half a 3mg melatonin and two ibuprofen or tylenol pm if i ache or anything.

This, since I was a kid:
A lot of my family uses them. A very basic white noise, masks other noise. Once you use it and are conditioned to it, it's easier to fall asleep and stay asleep.
Also, since I've gotten older and have occasional back problems, I've found two Aleve before bedtime helps me sleep better, deeper; not waking up to back pain when rolling over.

The reason some people sleep so late is because they have more melatonin in their skin

I use Trazadone.. works great for me. I usually dream anyway, with or without it.

I use MotrinPM every night before bed. If I don't take it I wont sleep.
