What say the OT? How can I help my wife stop smoking?

She just flat out doesn't want to quit. She's in healthcare and knows the dangers of smoking but these stinky sticks have her hooked.
I've tried nicely encouraging her. I've tried the mean way by telling she stinks. I've even gone as far as incentivizing her with prizes for each day she doesn't have one when she tried to quit a while back. Lasted for like 3 days and then back on em. I've always said if she doesn't actually want to quit then nothing I do will help her. Am I right? What do you think?

OT advice: PIIHB every time she lights up.
Real advice: Show her the annual financial cost of the habit, then show projected costs for long term care for smokers. Bitches love money.

Buy her this book Allen Carr's Easy way to stop smoking
and make her read it.
I scoffed at the idea but I read it several months ago and havent had a smoke since. I was a pack a day smoker for 30 years. It don't make sense but it works.

I would never date a smoker and certainly not marry one. It was always a deal breaker for me.

There's very little you can do to make someone change. Especially when it comes to smoking. I wouldn't have married a smoker to begin with.
