If you still listen to radio I'll be on 107.3 FM at 7:15am.

I'll try to give Tigerdroppings a shout out :)

I used to listen to this all the time as it was one of the first well done podcasts. But with the competition now they are just meh. They also lean left and always throw in an annoying virtue signal or two at some during the podcast. I rarely listen nowadays.

Jordan Harbinger Show - Would recommend it to anyone. Has some fascinating guests, great business insights in certain episodes and he does a greta job of interviewing.

Masters of Scale - w/ Reid Hoffman. He interviews CEOs of some of the biggest companies in the United States and guides them as they tell their story of how they got started, translating it into practical advice of current entrepreneurs.

I really enjoy when Rinella has interesting guest on, but he’s a terrible interviewer

One of my favorite short story podcasts is “The way I heard it” by Mike Rowe. Enjoyable short stories about famous people or interesting situations. It’s fun to guess the person Mike is talking about it.

I missed the first few minutes, but did hear him bring up not victim blaming drunk women. Maybe that’s our shout out?

I’m glad I’ve never been so drunk I had to have strangers look at my license to drive me home. Yikes.

Good interview, Jody. I’m going to order the book & start talking to my 11 year old about this stuff.

I didn’t blame anyone, I simply suggested that getting into that situation repeatedly is a bad idea and you should probably try to get out of it.

What scares me is that someone could wake up and claim something happened even though nothing did. I would have to record the entire encounter to feel safe from a false accusation.

Especially if that someone was known to be vindictive and lie to paint themselves in a better light out of regret.

Maybe if you had 2 people so someone could act as a witness it would be different

He and I fight about that all the time on Facebook. Particularly about old Stanford Brock.

I have 3 daughters and I tell the oldest don't come crying 'I was Raped!' if you willingly got blackout drunk, don't remember shite, and wake up with a sore hole.

That's plain and simple risk assessment and reality.
Walking alone down Thomas Delpit Drive to Washington Street after an LSU football game shouldn't get you mugged, but it will most likely happen.
And when it happens, we're damn sure going to ask why the hell someone would not know better. Doesn't mean it's the mugging victim's fault but it sure makes them stupid and naive.

To be clear, I wasn’t implying you did. His anecdote just reminded me of that conversation on here.
