If no relative to help you.
You'll need PTech degree or experience in plants via jobs in ....
I inspection, packaging, etc.
You can easily get a job with a 3rd party company like SGS, intertek etc.
Once get 1 year or so you might be competitive for operations job.

When the SPP3 expansion is done, yes they will need a good bit. Diamond green diesel is another one.
