I know a few very attractive girls who recently graduated in construction management. I'm sure their careers will be interesting.

They know they will get whistled at the second they walk onto a construction site. They wouldn't go into that field if they didn't love the attention._CM grad.

We have "sexual harassment Thursday" where I work. Of course, we are all sort of inappropriate all the time and we do it for fun. It's a day of celebration!

I got fired from Domino's in 95 for running around the store with a broom between my legs and poking the manager's wife in the arse with the broom.

A lot of what women are calling sexual harassment is simply guys trying to flirt with a female they like.

Studies have found that the workplace is the most common place that eventual couples meet.

So of course the workplace is filled with flirting and yes, sometimes people may overstep just like they might do at any other venue.

But it seems today women want to be a victim, and so they are equating uncomfortable human flirtatious interaction that 100% of people deal with at some point the same as the Harvey Weinstein situation.

How about all the stories of women sexually harassing men? I've been sexually harassed by women many times, but you still only see me brag about it. Got out the trick one time and this chick pinched my nipples, and I was surprised but liked it. If I would have done that to her, I bet I would have gotten slapped. Also had female coworkers rub on my biceps and chest while at work too. These women also thought it was no big deal how they were rubbing up on me.

But yes let's keep acting like women are the only victims in the sexual harassment game.
But they find you attractive and you probably find them attractive. If they didn't find you attractive the slightest suggestion of something not work related, something as simple as asking about the weather, is deemed as sexual harassment to them.

Difference is, if you don’t want the unwanted attention, you can physically fight off a woman. It’s generally not the case when roles are reversed.

You’re delusional. Literally no women enjoy being cat called. They just don’t let you know how much it bothers them because they’re afraid to.

So bc they may find me attractive, makes it ok to rub on me? Again, if the roles were reversed, they would have made a big deal about it. But since it was a woman sexually harassing a male, it's OK and they are just flirting bullshite.

If you truly believe that, you must really be an Aggie

Even if women are disgusted by the men who catcall them, they all get an ego boost every time it happens. If you think women "hate" getting catcalls, you should hear how much they hate it when they stop getting them.

What constitutes harassment is totally about what the victim feels. Given that same action could be acceptable to 99% and harassment to the other 1% I would argue that every male has sexually harassed a coworker.

Not sure of the percentage. All I ever did was ask if they wanted to tear off a piece. If they said no I went to the next one. Every no I got , just brought me closer to a yes. Had lots come back after an initial no. They were fun.

No way to know. The minimum threshold of what is considered sexual harassment changes daily

The women in that line of work I have dealt with over the past 35 years were as bad or worse than the men.

I get it. I’m not talking about flirting, invitation to happy hour, etc. I’m taljing about habitual creepyness, touching, etc after it’s been established she’s not interested.

I had a pretty hot female coworker who was married and older than me at my first civilian job out of the Army. She liked to flirt and didn't mind using company email to tell me she wanted to stick her tongue in my left cheek dimple.

#metoo

You know, I kinda wonder where she is now.....and if she's still married.
