Sexual Harassment
It is unlawful to harass a person (an applicant or employee) because of that person’s sex. Harassment can include “sexual harassment” or unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical harassment of a sexual nature.

Harassment does not have to be of a sexual nature, however, and can include offensive remarks about a person’s sex. For example, it is illegal to harass a woman by making offensive comments about women in general.

Both victim and the harasser can be either a woman or a man, and the victim and harasser can be the same sex.

Although the law doesn’t prohibit simple teasing, offhand comments, or isolated incidents that are not very serious, harassment is illegal when it is so frequent or severe that it creates a hostile or offensive work environment or when it results in an adverse employment decision (such as the victim being fired or demoted).

The harasser can be the victim's supervisor, a supervisor in another area, a co-worker, or someone who is not an employee of the employer, such as a client or customer.

I grabbed a coworkers butt at a happy hour once. We banged later that night.

I was thinking the exact same thing, unless you count complimenting a new hairstyle or similar as sexual harassment. But I've never seen a guy comment about a woman's body or make sexual advancements towards a woman.

Same, I've never seen this "uh huh you should wear that sweater more often" shite

Social justice warriors don't care about justice (the law), they only care about social justice. A guy at a tech conference whispered a "dongle" joke to his buddy next to him and the woman behind him got the dude fired.

Did the company legally have to let the guy go? No. They chose to after the woman went on a social media campaign and got hundreds of angry feminists on her side and pressured the guy's company to let him go.

So bc they may find me attractive, makes it ok to rub on me? Again, if the roles were reversed, they would have made a big deal about it. But since it was a woman sexually harassing a male, it's OK and they are just flirting bull shite.
No, it is not okay. You just didn't have a problem with nor did you make a fuss about it.
