What Other Industries (if any) Could Do Well In Louisiana?

This article is from 2015, but it shows the top 5 industries in Louisiana, which are:
1. Petroleum
2. Natural Gas
3. Commercial Fishing
4. Chemical Shipments
5. Agriculture
Louisiana Economy
While these industries are important to the state (obviously), I think there needs to be more diverse industries. More people are moving out of La for jobs than moving into the state for jobs..
A few years ago it seemed like the movie industry was booming here. There were a lot of movies being shot here, it was bringing in movie stars, and just groups of people who work on these movies, who spend money in the state, etc.. But they don't get the tax incentives they once did right? I don't really understand that, if it is the way it is.. They got a tax incentives to come into the state to shoot a movie right? Well if you take away those incentives they will no longer come to the state.
Anyway, could a "Silicon Valley South" be good if in the state of Louisiana?

Such as? What makes that top 5 similar that it needs to diversify (other than Petro/Nat Gas, which are still different enough to consider two different industries)? What other industries do we already have that just didn't make the Top 5?
