After looking, that company turned it into a merger which is a Canadian company (Restaurant Brands International Inc.)

Cane's is absolute dog shite. Ate at the new one in Royal Palm Beach based on the chatter here. Cold, tasteless, rubbery chicken with shitty sides. How they're in business, much less expanding, I have no idea.

True, but Sirius XM has 10 times the suck factor and far less utility so I'd pick them to go out first.

Offline services like Amazon Music Unlimited, where you can customize content and skip songs, make XM seem like a waste of money.
