He pretty much was mean to that reporter and pretty much assaulted him based on Mississippi law.
Pretty much sums it up.
Pretty much.

Simple assault
Probation violation
Disturbing the peace
Curfew violation
Those are 4 valid charges. Not sure why this hard to understand or accept.

I’ve acknowledged multiple times in this thread that he violated several laws.
What you and others can’t accept is that MSNBC is more of a threat to civil liberties than this guy ever will be.

Of all the people to white knight for ….. I have to admit this choice is surprising.

MSNBC is a crappy media organization whose coverage is biased on a comparative level with networks like OAN and Sky News. It's slanted, and bordering dangerously on propaganda, if now outright propaganda at times.
I still fail to see how that makes attacking a reporter that's just trying to do a fricking hurricane report acceptable.

Sounds like a lovely guy.

I love how this site picks the biggest retards to white knight for.

Impolite and rude? Bro. He ran up on the guy and put his hands on him Jesus Christ
No, he had his hands down at his side . I am not defending his incivility, just whether it amounted to a criminal charge relative to the reporter.

Well that's a question for the gulfport police dept.

Looked like an assault/battery to me.
Where did he assault the reporter? His hands were at his side. The reporter stuck his forearm out and initiated contact.
Yes, the guy was rude and inconsiderate, but don't see the criminal act in what he did. As for the curfew violation that is irrelevant to his interaction with the reporter as are whatever other probation violations were committed by traveling out of state.

this was the last image before the camera cut away. They surely filmed the entire incident and deemed an assault charge appropriate. From that I can only assume that this image was enough or there was more we didn’t see. You seem to be of the opinion that the image isn’t enough and he immediately backed off and went on his merry way. Idk dude maybe FOIA the footage or friend him on Facebook or something. Personally I’d find something better to do with my time than defend some lunatic attacking a weather reporter but you do you. Posted on 9/1/21 at 12:16 pm to tigersbb
I could only imagine your reaction if it were an angry black man assaulting a white Fox News reporter
