Bru you’re fricking old I retired those shoes when I stopped mowing my own grass. They looked great when we used to spilt our jeans with a pair of scissors.

I have custom pair of 1992 Nikes I built that have DJT instead of air below the nike on the back.

Almost no one here plays tennis, but it's apparent sneaker choices are governed by what FB/IG suggests to you based on what your friends buy, which is based on stuff your friends wives get advertised. If it's "on brand" for your social circle, you're going to thing it's the best thing evar.

DBAP. GoRuck. Be prepared to walk more than 10 miles at any given time, weaklings. Not great on wet, slick surfaces (definitely not restaurant approved.) Tread never dies.

Overpriced for their quality. They wear out very fast.

I have a super high arch in my foot so bad that my feet start to hurt if I standup or walk for too long and Hoka’s have been great. Adidas cloudfoam work good too

I normally don't wear sneakers out and about but when I do it's normally either a casual pair of Adidas, Nike Dunks or SB Force

I’m told Hoka’s are great but I can’t get over the look. They look like grandma shoes to me.

I see Hokas everywhere, are these legit?

Tennis Shoes:
Hokas are legit for running...but horrible for walking (IMO). I'm over 50, so white NB with jeans is the go to. I did have one pair of Adidas Terrex Trail Runners that I got at Costco about a decade ago that were awesome, but they changed them and now they are just weird. If I could find something like those, I'd go to them as my everyday shoe.

Dress Casuals:
I rotate between Clark Desert Boots and Timberland Euro Hikers. My go to used to be Vasque Sundowners when they were still made in Italy. Since they moved production to China, they are absolute trash.
